Yes. Cabinet Dentaire du Marché is contracted under Sector 1: fees for routine care (consultations, cavities, scaling) are those set by the French national health insurance. We accept the Carte Vitale and offer 'tiers payant' for the social security portion (you don't pay the portion reimbursed by the state). Top-up insurance 'tiers payant' is possible upon prior agreement with your complementary health insurer.

We accept credit/debit cards, cheques and cash. For larger treatments — orthodontics, dental implants, prosthetics, veneers — interest-free instalment plans can be offered after reviewing the quote. Outside opening hours, on weekends or public holidays, dial 15 (SAMU) who will direct you to the on-call dentist for the Hauts-de-Seine département.

We first carry out a full examination (teeth and gum condition, prior scaling) then use peroxide-based products dosed according to European regulations. Transient dental sensitivity may occur during or just after treatment, but is short-lived. Over-the-counter products or unsupervised in-salon whitening pose real risks to enamel and gums.

What should I do if I break a tooth or lose a crown?

For a fragment or a tooth knocked out by a shock, keep it in milk, saline or saliva (never dry) and come in within the hour if possible: reimplantation is sometimes still possible. For a loose crown, keep it but do not try to re-glue it yourself with shop-bought glue: we will clean and properly cement it during a consultation.
